For booking one of our accommodations the following conditions apply
After receiving your reservation request we will send you a confirmation of your reservation by email. This contains the dates and financial details of your booking. The reservation payment is 25% and must be paid within 2 weeks. When we have received your payment, we will email your booking confirmation. 8 Weeks before your arrival date the rest of the amount has to be paid. You will receive in time an email from us with the last financial details. Once received, you will receive your booking agreement by email.
You want to cancel
If you cancel up to 8 weeks before your arrival date you will be credited 50%.
If you cancel up to 4 weeks before your arrival date you will be credited 25%.
If you cancel up to 2 weeks before your arrival date you will not be refunded.
You want to rebook
Up to 4 weeks before your arrival date, we offer you the possibility of rebooking to another date. For rebooking we charge 20% of the amount of your total booking.
For a booking of activities the following conditions apply

You need to pay the full amount within 2 weeks. When we have received your payment, we will email your final booking confirmation for your activity/ies.
You want to cancel
If you cancel up to 4 weeks before your arrival date, you will be credited 50%.
If you cancel up to 2 weeks before your arrival date you will not be refunded.
You want to rebook activities
Up to 4 weeks before your arrival date, we offer you the possibility to change your booking to another date. For rebookings we charge 20% of the amount of your booking.
For a booking of our Winter or Summer Adventure Week, our Zen Back to Nature package or a booking based on your own holiday wishes arranged by us, the following conditions apply.

Personal Insurance
We recommend that you take out a travel insurance and cancellation insurance.
Own Risk
Participation in activities is entirely at your own risk! This also applies to your activities with fellow companies we work with, like bear/ wildlife spotting and sleddog tours.
We do not hold ourselves responsible for any incidents, damages in any form. In advance, you must sign or bring this own risk declaration signed. Monique guides various activities herself and as a guest you respectfully follow her expertise.
Clothing instructions for the activities will be discussed with you in advance.
Price increases
We use a price revision clause. This means that price increases of raw materials will be charged to the customer. During the Covid years and until now there have been price increases in the world as indicated above.
If you have already made your booking, it may be that in the intervening period from your reservation payment to the final payment of your booking, we have to pass on a cost increase. Of course this will be in consultation with you as the customer.
Weather conditions
99% of our activities are outdoor activities. We obviously have no influence on the weather and you can not hold us responsible for this. We may have to move an activity to another day due to weather conditions. Should there be a cancellation of an activity due to weather conditions, this will be discussed with you personally on site.
Force Majeure
Lack of snow, forest fires, fires and other circumstances in the world and beyond our control, which Wilderness Adventures Sweden could not have anticipated when your reservation was made, gives Wilderness Adventures Sweden the right to terminate the contract without compensation in any form.
Nature and Animals
Sweden is proud of its pristine nature and wildlife. Everyone can enjoy them and national parks offer free entrance.
We respect and appreciate our beautiful nature, 100% pure air, clean waters and wildlife. We also expect this from you as our guest during your vacation at Wilderness Adventures Sweden. Your stay in one of the accommodations or on the RV site and/or during your booked outdoor activity(s).
Here at the Shovelhead Ranch are horses, dog Jack and cat Chevy. We expect you to approach our lovely animals with respect and love.
In Sweden it is mandatory to keep dogs on a leash during spring and summer! This means that your dog is not allowed to run loose on our campsite or when you are walking your dog. This has to do with the birth wave of young wild animals in the surrounding nature.
From the 1st week of september the moose hunting season begins here and it is certainly wise to keep your dog on a leash and to ask us where in the area there is hunting.
