Welcome to Wilderness Adventures Sweden’s motorhome site/ rv ground. In spring and summer 2024, a new multifunctional service house was built. A great project with fantastic help from the Netherlands, Germany and Swedish local companies. This atmospheric building was built according to Monique’s own design and furnishings and has been extended with a large veranda in front of it. The name of the house is ‘The Hide-Out’ and it is built in a traditional style with thick planks stacked and knut joints on the ends. The building includes 2 separate areas: and first, the meeting & educational room for Monique’s guide activities. With an 1890s meeting table, a kitchenette, coffee corner and educational materials. All this attractively decorated, close to nature. The 2nd space is with the sanitary facilities and amenities for the camper field. This includes a shower with a sink, a separate toilet, book exchange and a cosy seating area. For guests booking the rustic log Pioneer Cabin, there is a private bathroom with toilet, shower, washbasin and with a personal key.On the veranda, there is a brochure/information corner, dishwashing facilities and a seating area. A plaza with a grilling area will be constructed in front of the building in the spring of 2025.

*With great gratitude, I can say that this project has been made possible by co-funding from the European Union. The process to qualify for this, has taken a year.

There is the possibility of leaving separate waste disposal (plastic, paper, tin and glass). Also the black water cassette but only when an environmentally friendly additive is used (i.e. without chemicals = the green liquid). This is because of the environmentally friendly septic tank with its filtration system. In 2025, rainwater will be collected and used to flush the toilets instead of well water. Shower water is heated via solar energy.

You camp here wonderfully in peace and nature, no traffic and with lots of greenery. Views over meadows with horses, hills and forests.
Owner and hostess Monique has a passion for American western style and you will find it here. There are rustic fencing for the horses and the two American Quarter horses (named Cody and Mr. Utah) graze in the meadows. We urge you not to feed the horses!

Also, there is Jack, the Australian Shepperd, and cat little Mitshi who also comes to say hello from time to time.
You will regularly see Monique on the grounds behind the lawnmower, with a mug of coffee, cleaning or walking with Jack and even on horseback.
Monique also works as a guide and runs activities with her own guests and guests from other locations. If you are not greeted by her, she is out and about with guests and then you are looking for your own place. We greet each other later in the day. The camper places are the spacious places between the rows of stones. You can also reach her at phonenumber 0046-73 847 8924.
